We are currently seeking a skilled Restaurant Finance Supervisor with a strong background in the restaurant sector to become a vital part of our innovative accounting and finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete accounting cycle, ensuring timely month-end closures and accurate financial reporting.
  • Establish and enforce accounting standards, practices, and procedures to guarantee the precise and prompt preparation of financial statements.
  • Manage strict deadlines associated with general ledger upkeep, reconciliations, financial reporting, cash flow oversight, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and various tax obligations.
  • Generate supplementary schedules such as cash flow forecasts, bonus computations, and other key performance indicators to deliver insightful and actionable information.
  • Maintain regular communication with restaurant franchise stakeholders regarding financial performance, forecasts, and other pertinent information.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of franchise operational processes to devise proactive and strategic solutions.
  • Compile essential documentation for annual audit requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in restaurant or franchise accounting, including knowledge of sales tax regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience in the restaurant or franchise industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
