Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing sales resources to accelerate profitable sales, working in partnership with the Technical Support Specialist to develop and execute an annual business growth plan, and developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and non-customers in the territory.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize sales resources to most effectively accelerate profitable sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals while managing a territory operating budget.
  • Work in partnership with the Technical Support Specialist to develop and execute an annual accelerated business growth plan that includes new product launches, pricing management, distribution management, etc.
  • Industry Awareness: monitor appropriate segments and competitive offerings and adjust tactics and go-to-market strategy accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and non-customers in the territory.
  • Utilize and update CRM MS 365 platform daily to manage the assigned territory.
  • Approach the position with a can-do, entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a desire to drive accelerated sales growth.
  • Team Player: must be able to professionally work closely with Technical Support Specialists, Marketing, Applications group, and R&D teams to overcome customer obstacles to maintain and gain new business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business management or life sciences or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience of B2B sales required that includes the following:
  1. Experience in sales in the food & beverage market.
  2. Experience in sales and/or marketing in health care market.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required.Skills/Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Must be proficient in contract negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to pay close attention to details.
  • Must be able to adapt and flex to a changing environment.
  • Must be able to lift/carry 20 pounds.
  • Be Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
