About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Global Customer Operations team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our ticketing system
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
