Project Management Senior

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Senior to join our team. As a key member of our Process Development team, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with technical leads to identify key deliverables and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Develop and execute project plans to meet deliverables and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on process development and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
