Program and Commercialization Manager - Web3 Coordination

Launch Legends is seeking a highly skilled Program and Commercialization Manager to coordinate and commercialize our Web3 initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and commercialization of our blockchain-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a structured framework for major initiatives such as Node Sale, Airdrop, and Token Sale, including setting clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across technical, product, marketing, and business departments, to drive commercialization efforts for Web3 initiatives.
  • Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum and sprint planning to manage workflows and ensure timely project execution.
  • Lead sprint planning sessions, defining sprint goals, and breaking down project requirements into tasks for various teams to deliver successfully.
  • Use project management tools like Gantt charts and critical path analysis to track progress and optimize resource allocation across all initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor the progress of all projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and performance goals.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track project metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate collaboration among technical, product, marketing, and business teams to ensure successful delivery and commercialization of blockchain-related initiatives.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment between project teams and stakeholders, particularly during commercialization phases.
  • Provide consistent updates to leadership and relevant stakeholders on project progress, risks, and achievements.
  • Oversee the UAT process for new Web3 functionalities, ensuring that all products, such as wallet integration and staking mechanisms, meet user expectations and business goals.
  • Coordinate post-launch activities, including performance evaluations, feedback collection, and continuous product improvements to optimize commercialization outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and bottlenecks that could impact project timelines, scope, or budgets, particularly around commercialization activities like token sales and node sales.
  • Develop contingency plans to address risks and ensure that commercialization milestones are met without significant delays.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, including project plans, status reports, and post-launch evaluations, to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous improvement for future initiatives.
  • Conduct retrospective reviews of all initiatives to assess successes, lessons learned, and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Web3 Project Management: Proven experience in project and program management, especially in the Web3 space, including familiarity with blockchain protocols like Cosmos SDK.
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and the ability to apply these principles to manage large-scale Web3 projects and commercialization efforts.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals and ensuring successful commercialization.
  • Detail-Oriented and Organized: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, cross-departmental initiatives with precision, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to dynamic environments while maintaining a structured approach to project management and commercialization.
