The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from conceptual stages through closeout. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 6-10 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally design-build
  • Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality
  • Previous experience with budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology
