Job Title: Program Manager, Community Health

Job Purpose:

The incumbent will serve as the day-to-day manager of one or more initiatives within the Wyoming Rural Health Institute. The initial project for the current position will be with the Wyoming Maternal Health Innovation Program (WY-MHIP), which is focused on developing, implementing, and researching the impact of innovations in maternal health throughout Wyoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management activities, including supervising program staff, creating and monitoring budgets, timelines, and work plans, creating progress reports, and overseeing relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the implementation of programmatic strategies.
  • Generating reports and responding to other data queries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4-5 years of related experience.
  • Some positions may require a valid driver's license or human subjects' protection training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management and employee supervision.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and set priorities.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Background in a health-related field (preferred).
