Clinical Programs Manager

The Clinical Programs Manager will execute innovative strategies for programs and solutions to enhance Cardinal Health's clinician-facing business. This role will manage the research, business cases, development, and launches of programs and products in a portfolio in line with the strategy set by the leadership of the Navista business pillar.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze market research, trends, projections, and innovations to formulate concepts for new programs, services, and solutions.
- Collaborate with Value-Based Care, Operations, Technology, and Business Development teams to integrate customer, technical, and commercial perspectives.
- Develop annual and multi-year program management roadmaps for a portfolio of patient-centered clinical products and/or services.
- Conduct program pilot tests, customer trials, focus groups, and other solution concept testing to gather customer feedback and determine potential ROI and success of programs.
- Measure and evaluate key performance indicators for the specific solution to inform its commercialization potential and strategy.
- Develop business cases for new programs, services, or solutions based on market and customer research.
- Create Return on Investment (ROI) forecasts, expense budgets, and profit goals for a given program/product/service.
- Presents business cases to Director and the senior management of the business unit.
- Manage relationships with key vendors/suppliers required for strategic development.
- Provide guidance to less-experienced Program Management professionals and may assist in internal trainings or mentorship.
- Provide market and customer research and ensure that relevant customer information or feedback is relayed to Sales leaders and included in CRM systems.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade associations, and other industry events to promote Cardinal Health's products and services and stay abreast of market developments.
- 8-12 years of experience, population healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience in oncology program development preferred.
- Experience in population health or value-based care preferred.
- BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field. Advance Degree (RN, APP preferred).
- Strong analytics experience preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $119,000 - $150,000.
- A bonus-eligible position.
