Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial activities of the company to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and monitor financial budgets, forecasts, and projections to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.
  • Generate payroll.
  • Oversee all insurance policies.
  • Among other accounting-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPA is a plus.
  • Experience in distribution is a plus.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
