About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce developer to join our team at Titan Industries. As a Salesforce Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing automated business processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and advise customers on the design of automated business processes using Salesforce
  • Lead the entire planning and conception process, from initial consultation to final implementation
  • Configure Salesforce, program in Java, and develop custom functional components to meet client needs
  • Build and lead a team to support the operational implementation of automated processes
Requirements
  • Completed a STEM degree with good grades (e.g. computer science, business informatics, physics, math, or business administration with a focus on computer science)
  • Proven experience in consulting, preferably in process automation
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce and Java programming
  • Familiarity with software architecture and development processes
  • Strong drive to help us grow and succeed
  • Fluency in German
