Key Responsibilities- Acquire and advise customers on the design of automated business processes using Salesforce
- Lead the entire planning and conception process, from initial consultation to final implementation
- Configure Salesforce, program in Java, and develop custom functional components to meet client needs
- Build and lead a team to support the operational implementation of automated processes
- Completed a STEM degree with good grades (e.g. computer science, business informatics, physics, math, or business administration with a focus on computer science)
- Proven experience in consulting, preferably in process automation
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce and Java programming
- Familiarity with software architecture and development processes
- Strong drive to help us grow and succeed
- Fluency in German
- Work in a highly motivated and humorous team with flexible vacation and working hours
