Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at Interlachen Country Club. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for our members in our restaurants and bars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Experience: Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day.
  • Phone and Reservation Management: Answer phone calls, and facilitate reservations and to-go orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Warm Greetings and Farewells: Offer members and guests a warm greeting and a fond farewell.
  • Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and other Club offerings.
  • Host Area Maintenance: Ensure the host area and restaurant is clean, tidy, and inviting.
  • Team Support: Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED, with host and club experience a plus.
  • Attributes: Positive attitude, service-oriented, resourceful, people-person, and diligent.
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
Availability
  • Availability: Part-time position, flexible schedules, weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Sunday availability is required.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation: $20-$21 per hour, including base wage and service charge.
  • Benefits: Complimentary uniform, free on-site parking, closed on certain holidays, time and a half on working holidays, annual holiday bonus, complimentary meals and beverages daily, golf course, pool, and racquet sports access on select Mondays, team member appreciation and recognition events and awards.
