We are seeking a highly skilled Audiological Specialist to join our team at Greenlife Healthcare Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and expertise in hearing instrument sciences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional interaction with patients and physicians to ensure seamless care.
- Work collaboratively with staff to meet or exceed office goals and objectives.
- Educate patients on their hearing issues and demonstrate compassion in helping improve the quality of life.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hearing aid products and technology, offering expert advice to patients.
- Host outreach events and marketing campaigns to grow the practice and increase patient engagement.
- Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in fitting and dispensing hearing products and providing patient care.
- Passion for helping people hear better and expertise in patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
- Paid Time Off: 10 days of annual PTO granted.
- 80 hours of Sick & Safe time annually.
- Eight (8) company holidays.
