About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team at Panasonic Corporation of North America. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including IT project managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and that all project activities are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the project plan.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in IT project management.
  • Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage projects, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with project management methodologies and tools.
