Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of CT Technologists to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Oversee quality control testing and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance and image quality.
    • Monitor patient documentation for timely completion and accuracy.
  • Patient Care and Safety
    • Ensure patient safety and well-being by following established protocols and procedures.
    • Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately to ensure high-quality images.
  • Staff Development and Training
    • Provide orientation, training, and coaching to new staff members.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Completion of a Radiology certification program and registered in CT & Radiology.
  • Experience
    • Two years' experience in a CT Technologist role.
  • Certifications
    • ARRT-CT Computed Tomography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
    • ARRT-R Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
