The Patient Service Representative plays a vital role in the success of our medical practices. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient and customer service in a team-based approach to care.
  • Coordinate care for patients and support patients/families/caregivers in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.
  • Manage the practices' patient population and participate in quality improvement processes.
  • Perform a wide range of office functions, including computer data entry, word processing, filing, record keeping, and reception duties.
  • Enter lab and/or radiology orders into Invision during busy times and sort and distribute mail as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Two years of reception experience or general clerical experience preferred.
  • Prior IDX/Invision training desirable.
