Texstar Enterprises is looking for a Project Operations Coordinator.

As a Project Operations Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of project management to ensure timely completion in line with client and industry standards.

Experience in CATV and project coordination is highly desirable.

Candidates must thrive in a dynamic environment, be adaptable to various weather conditions, and successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Key Responsibilities:
Directly support the Construction Supervisor.

Manage CATV projects to guarantee that all tasks are executed per client and industry guidelines.

Organize site visits with property owners to assess project requirements.

Collaborate with the Construction Supervisor to ensure project milestones are met, including site access.

Draft a statement of work.

Create a job packet that includes images, maps, and relevant documentation.

Order necessary materials for construction activities.

Prepare detailed cost estimates.

Address any concerns raised by property owners in assigned areas.

Maintain accurate 'As-Built Maps' for completed areas to submit to the Supervisor.

Be prepared to work shifts as assigned, including potential overtime.

Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
Must possess a valid driver's license (Class 'C').

Ability to work in diverse temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.

1-2 years of experience in outside plant telecommunications services or utility project coordination.

Willingness to mentor others and embrace new learning opportunities.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including experience with digital calendars.


Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative team member on other projects as necessary.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Capable of performing the physical tasks required for this role throughout the entire shift.

Standing - 2 to 4 hours daily

Bending/Stooping - 2 to 4 hours daily

Walking - 2 to 4 hours daily

Driving during the shift

Must successfully pass background and drug screening.
