Job Overview:
The City of Chandler is actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Facilities Maintenance Workers. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and order within our municipal buildings.

Work Schedule:
This position is scheduled from Wednesday through Sunday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM.

About Our Team:
The Building and Facilities Division comprises a team of 20 professionals, including technicians, support staff, and management. We oversee 70 multi-use buildings, totaling over one million square feet across 65 square miles. Our team is committed to delivering quality services and meeting the needs of our community.

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a team member who demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service, teamwork, and collaboration. Candidates should have experience in custodial services within public facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:
No prior experience is required; however, a valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record is necessary.

Desired Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • At least 1 year of custodial experience

This is a regular full-time position, subject to a probationary period. A register of qualified candidates will remain active for four months should additional positions become available.
