Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our customers.
- Gain experience as an automotive mechanic working on a diverse range of domestic and international vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns efficiently.
- Adhere to and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to troubleshoot problems, meet deadlines, and achieve exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to serve customers.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to obtain them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals.
- Aptitude for acquiring new skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A commitment to long-term career growth.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles positioned above head height.
- Work in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Demonstrate dexterity to effectively use hand tools.
- Stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
- Drive vehicles with manual transmissions.
- Proficiently navigate computer systems.
