The Automotive Technician / Mechanic plays a crucial role in accurately diagnosing and repairing vehicles while following MAP guidelines and adhering to the standards set by the dealership, manufacturer, and our company.

COMPENSATION: $36K - $120K based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose vehicles based on relevant certifications and experience.
  • Execute tasks outlined in the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with precision and efficiency.
  • Communicate technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-technical individuals, including management and customers.
  • Suggest essential services to maintain vehicle performance; accurately document all recommendations in customer records.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any issues to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
  • Maintain relevant ASE certifications and ensure timely renewal of any expiring credentials.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Preferably possess at least one valid ASE certification or equivalent experience/training
  • Hold a current, valid driver's license
  • Availability to work a minimum of five days per week
