Territory Sales Representative

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Key Responsibilities:- Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests to provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with EquipmentShare's level of service and support.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
- First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative with superior sales skills.
- Industry knowledge (rental or construction) and experience in B2B sales is preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
- Competitive but thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Competitive pay: Base salary plus uncapped commission.
- Commission guarantee period while building book of business.
