Fluidra's seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team at our East Coast office in Atlanta, GA (by airport).
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The Sr. Financial Analyst performs the FP&A function by supporting the Commercial Sales Team with in-depth sales and profitability analysis, customer performance analysis, budget and forecasting support, overall partnership with the business leaders throughout the organization to provide key financial insights that lead to good business decisions. Additionally, you will:
  • Performs Cost Center Variance Analysis (Budget vs. Actual) for SG&A Departments and assist with hosting meetings with business leaders to review
  • Perform monthly analysis and account reconciliations of Sales, Rebates and Gross Margin
  • Assist with tracking Shipments, Bookings, Backlog and Shippable Backlog daily to provide visibility to Leadership on MTD Performance vs. Forecast/Budget
  • Track and perform headcount analysis to verify alignment with Forecast/Budget
  • Assist the Finance Manager or Director in partnership with Commercial Sales Leadership in the Quarterly Forecast Process
  • Assist the Finance Manager or Director in partnership with Commercial Sales Leadership in the Annual Budget Process
  • Perform Customer & Sku Profitability Analysis to provide key insights to Leadership
  • Assist with confirming that pricing updates are loaded into the ERP System properly to ensure profits are aligned with expectations
  • Assist with the Budgeting, Forecasting and tracking of NWC Performance
  • Produces ad hoc reporting as required
WHAT WE SEEK
  • 5
    years of experience in Finance
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting and commercial sales will be essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Proficiency with Excel formulas (pivot tables and V look ups, etc.)
  • Experience working with Hyperion, Epicor and Power Bi is a plus
  • Experience in internal control and process improvements will be highly valued
  • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with multiple levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations is essential
  • Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • The role might require out-of-state travel (10% of the time)
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
