Job Title: Account Manager

Join National Guard Employment Network as an Account Manager and drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key personnel at Kroger and Albertsons divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Kroger and Albertsons account teams to execute events and communicate with customers.
  • Establish long-term customer relationships and maintain an understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Develop and present customer programs to multiple levels of management.
  • Work with account teams to maintain effective business planning initiatives and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Analyze business trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the confection industry.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in CPG sales in a direct selling organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time.
