Sales Executive

Join National Guard Employment Network as an Account Manager and drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key personnel at Kroger and Albertsons divisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Kroger and Albertsons account teams to execute events and communicate with customers.

- Work with account teams to maintain effective business planning initiatives and prepare sales forecasts.
- Analyze business trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the confection industry.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in CPG sales in a direct selling organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
