About the Role

Griswold Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated On-Call CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or experienced caregiver for weekend shifts in Boulder County and the Broomfield Area.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality in-home care services to clients in the Boulder County areas, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Respond promptly to office calls and attend to client needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, ambulation, and household tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Monitor and document client status, reporting any changes to the designated supervisor to ensure continuity of care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and protocols established by Griswold Home Care, prioritizing client safety and satisfaction.
  • Be adaptable and flexible, working in various environments and with diverse client needs as assigned.
Requirements
  • Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA or equivalent, preferably in a home care or assisted living setting.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Must be available to work on weekends.
