Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional product quality.
  • Offer friendly, professional, and inviting customer service.
  • Complete all opening and closing procedures.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and cocktails on the menu, including their flavor profiles, production methods, pricing, and sustainability efforts.
  • Maintain an organized workspace behind the bar.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol purchases.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Beverage Director or Lead Bartender.

Qualifications:

  • TiPS Certification is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience is essential.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends is necessary.
