Role Summary:
Our client is in search of a dedicated individual to serve as a Support Specialist in various locations throughout Kent County.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver supportive services to children receiving Transitional Living Services across diverse settings, including residential shelters, detention facilities, community services, or the child's home.
  • Assist in any aide-level position within Residential services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all activities related to the assigned shift or service.
  • Adhere to safe work practices and ensure a secure environment in line with established agency standards and licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Willingness and capability to provide direct care and supportive services as necessary.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification is required.
  • MANDT Certification is preferred.
  • LLAM Certification is preferred.
  • Crisis Prevention Institute Certification is preferred.
