Role Summary:
Our client is in search of a dedicated individual to serve as a Support Specialist in various locations throughout Kent County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver supportive services to children receiving Transitional Living Services across diverse settings, including residential shelters, detention facilities, community services, or the child's home.
- Assist in any aide-level position within Residential services as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all activities related to the assigned shift or service.
- Adhere to safe work practices and ensure a secure environment in line with established agency standards and licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness and capability to provide direct care and supportive services as necessary.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- CPR/First Aid Certification is required.
- MANDT Certification is preferred.
- LLAM Certification is preferred.
- Crisis Prevention Institute Certification is preferred.
