Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Support Specialist to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our Support organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means.
  • Provide technical support for our Electronic Support Services.
  • Facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees.
  • Work with customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to resolve problems related to Oracle products.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of Oracle and Microsoft technologies and products.
  • Experience in multiple platforms and ability to complete assigned duties with minimal direction.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
