Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

The OpportunityWe are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team through our Transition to Practice program. This program is designed to help newly graduated NPs and PAs transition from education to practice by providing structured clinical experiences, mentorship, and educational support.
The selected candidate will work in a clinical capacity on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with Thursday as a dedicated administrative day. The weekly schedule will consist of 32 hours of clinical, patient-facing time and 8 hours of administrative time.

The ideal candidate is a newly graduated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest in providing patient-facing care in a community practice. We look for candidates who possess not only the relevant licensure, experience, skills, and competencies but also positive attitudes, innovative spirits, and genuine passion for the work.
Required qualifications include a Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies and a current New Hampshire state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
