Compensation will be based on the applicant's qualifications and experience, with opportunities for team-based bonuses.

  • As a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio), you will collaborate with community management to deliver personalized care to seniors and provide resident status updates at the start and end of each shift.
  • Nursing assistants will engage with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and conduct vital sign checks and clinical procedures in accordance with community guidelines.
  • Provide support with daily living activities, including showers, bathroom assistance, and dressing/grooming.
  • Successful completion of the State CNA/STNA course is mandatory, and certification must be maintained.
