Client Relationship Specialist

Position Overview
The role of a Client Relationship Specialist is pivotal in establishing and nurturing connections with clients at our financial center. This position entails identifying the banking requirements of both individual and small business clients, providing tailored solutions, and facilitating introductions to specialized services.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and enhance client relationships through comprehensive service offerings.
- Assist clients with self-service options and transactional needs, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Deliver outstanding client support and care, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Engage proactively with clients through outreach initiatives and maintain regular follow-up practices.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of proven sales experience in a client-focused environment.
- Alternatively, previous experience in roles such as Relationship Manager or similar positions at Bank of America for a minimum of six months.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong commitment to client interests and results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Demonstrates passion and dedication to enhancing clients' financial well-being.
- Proficient in identifying and recommending solutions tailored to client needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with clients in various settings, both in-person and via phone.
- Adaptable to new information and technology, capable of managing change effectively.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be a commissioned notary or able to obtain a notary commission within a few months of starting the role.
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as required.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience in a financial center environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Background in retail or sales within a salary plus incentive framework.
- Familiarity with financial data, spreadsheets, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, and experience with mobile technology.
