  • Actively participates in loss prevention initiatives and conducts thorough investigations related to safety and security incidents.
  • Ensures compliance with established security standards and protocols as directed by the Loss Prevention Supervisor.
  • Documents and reports any incidents involving safety, security, or policy violations, ensuring that all findings are communicated effectively to management.
  • Fosters positive relationships with colleagues across all departments to promote a culture of safety and security.
  • May assist in the installation and maintenance of security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
  • Performs routine security duties with a focus on attention to detail and adherence to established procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential; bilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and basic first aid is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to various weather conditions is required.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as walking, driving, and lifting up to 50 pounds is necessary.
