In this position, you will be instrumental in protecting our clients by scrutinizing account transactions for any fraudulent activities, ensuring precise account management, and reconciling internal accounts. Your daily responsibilities will include managing workflows, updating customer data, processing maintenance requests, and assisting the team with various operational tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and process workflow items for accuracy and completeness.
- Update customer records in banking software and coordinate with retail staff regarding errors or missing documentation.
- Handle account maintenance requests, including closures, modifications, and updates.
- Evaluate and make decisions on transactions within the Check Fraud System.
- Provide support for the Deposit Operations team, including management of CD/IRA accounts and ACH affidavits.
- Balance daily funds and analyze various daily reports.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in banking operations.
- Meticulous attention to detail is required.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Capability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Service-oriented, courteous, and respectful demeanor.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to follow directions and complete projects independently.
Regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
