We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an assigned territory, strengthening relationships with selected Key Accounts, and formulating and driving a specific customer account strategy to encompass the complete long-term relationship between Alfa Laval and the customer.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market and customer analysis and mapping to define business potential and opportunities.
- Analyze each account and define a sales strategy, including relationship management, to work efficiently.
- Develop a 2-4 year sales plan and KAM plan by segmenting customers and prioritizing.
- Develop, implement, and follow up local sales activities for/with relevant key account(s) or markets to meet growth targets and goals.
- Plan which customer contacts should be involved, how and when, to move sales forward efficiently.
- Plan and execute a systematic follow-up on all relevant steps in the KAM sales process to ensure capturing all possible business.
- Proactively connect and coordinate internally with BU's, other sales managers, to secure aligned customer and/or market strategies.
Promote, coordinate, and execute performance equipment audits to end customers. Proactively promote and develop Service Agreements to Key Accounts. Conduct competitor analysis to keep our company on top.
