Job Summary:
Wedgemere Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in our healthcare facility. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Valid LPN license in the state employed.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Prior skilled nursing experience preferred.
