Responsibilities- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in post-acute facilities
- Monitor patients' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
- Administer medications, track usage, and verify proper dosing
- Cultivate a safe and comfortable environment for patients
- Track medical records and charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist with IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Manage medical supplies and maintain inventory
- Adhere to patient care plans and follow established protocols
- Participate in staff training and orientation of new colleagues
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved LPN educational program
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Competitive hourly pay rate: $43-$57
