Volt is Hiring a Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department and oversee the upkeep of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and administering plant capital projects, as well as directing and administering preventative and predictive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the maintenance department, including front-line mechanics.
  • Oversee the interviewing and selection process for department staff.
  • Plan, organize, and administer plant capital projects.
  • Direct and administer preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Monitor and ensure department personnel training.
  • Maintain equipment to meet adequate and good operating standards.
  • Supervise records related to facilities and maintenance upkeep.
  • Adapt to changing priorities with versatility and flexibility.
  • Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Perform physical labor necessary to repair, inspect, and maintain equipment.
  • Manage budget and capital projects.
