Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in nursing, social work, or a related behavioral health field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Four years of experience in quality management/improving organizational performance within an acute psychiatric treatment setting is required.
A strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, NAPHS, HCFA, OSHA, and Patient Rights standards, and any other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities, is essential.
