Job Details

We're seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel with 5-10 years of experience to join our health law team in New Haven, Stamford, or New York. As a key member of our team, you'll represent healthcare providers, vendors, tech companies, and investors in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and similar transactions.

A thorough understanding of federal and state regulations, including licensure and compliance with Stark and Anti-Kickback laws, is essential. Ideal candidates will have experience working with both non-profit and for-profit healthcare clients, including private equity investors and their portfolio companies.
