About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Support Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing supervision and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to clients, including assistance with daily activities and problem-solving.
  • Facilitate group activities and provide guidance to clients in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with professional staff to identify client needs and develop effective support plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including record-keeping and documentation requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in behavioral health treatment settings, preferably in a residential care environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
