We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Hudson Technologies Inc. Key Responsibilities- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including conducting exit surveys, coordinating with IT, and updating HR systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and exercising judgment in resolving first-level employee issues.
- Develop and implement innovative employee engagement, well-being, and educational activities to advance HR's influence on employee advancement.
- Ensure accuracy of HRIS entries, create and distribute reports as required, and administer employee data changes.
- Organize the internship program, including recruitment and implementation, and manage the delivery of events to ensure a successful experience for all employees.
- Oversee the Employee Referral and Employee Recognition programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between HR and Payroll to ensure employees are paid correctly as a result of changes to their roles, payouts upon termination, and other pay items.
- Function as system administrators for the LMS, assigning courses, ensuring employee access, tracking training, and running reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 2-4 years of previous HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Human Resources systems, policies, and practices.
- Knowledge of employment law and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Human Resources Certification.
- ADP HRIS system experience.
- Prior experience working in a multi-location organization with a remote workforce.
