We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at NFC Amenity Management. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation and service experience for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively communicate with team members, property management, and residents/guests to ensure a seamless experience.
- Oversee employee schedules and inform the Area Director of any staffing needs.
- Monitor and review daily employee performance and provide necessary support or training.
- Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries to ensure efficient delivery to residents.
- Facilitate contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits.
- Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
- Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
- Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
- Experience in supervising others is a plus.
- Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
