Job Description

Centific is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner with extensive networks in the information technology industry to support our business development, sales, and strategic hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will be based in Redmond, WA, and will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support Centific's growth and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates in the IT industry.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
    • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, including resume reviews, interviews, and assessments.
    • Conduct New hire orientation and ensure a seamless transition to the reporting Manager and HRBP
  • Business Development Support:
    • Collaborate with the business development and sales teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
    • Provide insights and recommendations on market trends and talent availability to support strategic business development initiatives.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, associations, and networks to enhance Centific's talent acquisition efforts.
    • Act as a brand ambassador for Centific, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
  • Strategic Hiring:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Support strategic hiring initiatives by identifying candidates for key roles that align with Centific's long-term objectives.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Leverage technology and recruitment tools to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT recruiter or sourcer, with a strong network in the information technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of the IT industry, including knowledge of data and AI services, engineering, fraud, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
