Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT requirements from US-based clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, including interview, offer, negotiation, and placement of candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Sources candidates from top job portals, creates job postings, and maintains a strong online presence.
  • Expertise in US employment laws, including W2, C2C, 1099, and US visas, to ensure compliance and seamless candidate onboarding.
  • Coordinates fulfillment of pre-employment formalities, such as background checks and drug tests, to ensure a smooth transition to employment.
  • Develops and implements strategies to achieve a high conversion ratio of submittals to interviews and placements.
  • Collaborates with the India offshore team to ensure seamless communication, status updates, and priority alignment.
  • Presents weekly progress reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Stays up-to-date on client requirements, technologies, and industry trends to provide expert guidance and support.
