Job Summary

Americold is seeking a skilled Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and direct calls to ensure prompt and efficient communication
  • Manage calendars and arrange appointments to optimize productivity
  • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to resolve inquiries and concerns
  • Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems to ensure data integrity
  • Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, and personal computers to support administrative tasks
