Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to understand customer requirements and design technical solutions that maximize value.

Responsibilities

As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the technical elements of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Understanding complex technical requirements and translating them into compelling solution-driven proposals
  • Conducting technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our solutions meet clients' needs
  • Delivering webinars and representing CoreView at marketing events
  • Delivering proof of value exercises that clearly articulate technical and business value to prospective customers
  • Building strong relationships with channel partners and providing support as needed to ensure their success
  • Serving as a product expert, staying up-to-date with our SaaS offerings' latest features and capabilities
  • Contributing to RFP responses and estimating costs associated with implementing our solution
  • Staying informed about the competitive landscape and providing insight into how our solutions compare
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
  • The ability to create and configure Microsoft 365 tenants and Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
  • Good knowledge of Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with on-premises environments implemented through different topologies of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server
  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Solutions Architect in a sales or pre-sales role in the SaaS industry
  • Strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in designing and presenting technical solutions to clients
