Property/Business Manager Opportunity

MSB Resources is partnering with a leading national development and property management company to fill a Property/Business Manager position at their brand-new Class A Luxury Apartment Community in Winter Garden, FL.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in new construction lease-up properties, development, and pre-leasing through occupancy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational and financial aspects of the property, driving business results through personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational and financial aspects of the property
  • Drive business results through effective personnel management and leasing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies
  • Develop and implement revenue enhancement and capital improvement plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a New Construction Lease-up Property Manager in multifamily apartment management
  • Experience with new construction lease-up properties is a must
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills
  • Action and results-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees with sound judgment
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellence
  • Previous employment history should demonstrate an ability to handle budgets, financial management, and supervisory tasks
  • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Yardi RENTCafe software is preferred
