Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Haven at Lake Deer. The successful candidate will utilize their experience and attention to detail to maintain our property, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Perform make-readies and maintain property grounds and common areas
- Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas
- Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
- Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- EPA HVAC certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
