Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Haven at Lake Deer. The successful candidate will utilize their experience and attention to detail to maintain our property, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Perform make-readies and maintain property grounds and common areas
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas
  • Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
  • Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • EPA HVAC certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
