About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of invoicing, collections, bill payment, bookkeeping, personnel management, generating reports regarding business performance, and coordinating with the owner to review all areas under this position's management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective financial management systems
  2. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments
  3. Manage personnel and maintain a positive work environment
  4. Generate reports on business performance and provide recommendations for improvement

We offer a salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
