Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional with a passion for improving patient care to join our team as a Chief Clinical Operations Officer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical operations, including patient care, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide strategic direction and guidance to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Clinical Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of clinical operations, including patient care, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Patient Care: Ensure that patients receive high-quality care and services that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our services comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Assist in recruiting and retaining medical personnel, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication among healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Education: Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active medical license in West Virginia.
  • Certification: Board certification in a relevant specialty such as internal medicine, pulmonology, or sleep medicine.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
