We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling Property & Casualty products in Florida
  2. At least 1 year of remote work experience, with a dedicated home office and high-speed internet access

Compensation and Benefits

Our total compensation package ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, which includes a base salary, commission, and bonus opportunities.

Essential Requirements
  • Active Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License is mandatory
  • Proven experience in selling property insurance products in Florida is mandatory
  • Understanding of commissioned sales roles with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, with a resourceful and coachable mindset
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to exceed client expectations consistently

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production goals as defined, with evidence of prior sales success
  • Generate new business through phone outreach, networking, and various lead sources
  • Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales effectively
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, and auto dealers
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is collected from clients
