  • Present detailed proposals to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Oversee the rollout of new benefit plans, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory developments to ensure clients remain compliant and competitive.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with insurance carriers and other industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on essential performance metrics, including client retention and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits brokerage.
  • Active insurance broker license (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated history of meeting sales objectives and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits products and services, including health insurance, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits.
  • Exceptional communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with team members.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
