Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits brokerage.
- Active insurance broker license (mandatory).
- Demonstrated history of meeting sales objectives and fostering long-term client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits products and services, including health insurance, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits.
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
